Job description
In your new role you will:
– Develop, coordinate and approve qualification plans and guide the
implementation in the reliability lab
– Perform project and product-specific risk assessments (e.g. quality, cost, time) to
support product definition and development
– Pro-actively work on problem solving strategies together with the customer,
developers, project management and our global production sites
– Run data analyses and support digitalization within Quality Management
– Act as a contact partner for quality issues

Profile
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
– A degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics or a comparable degree
– At least 1-3 years of professional experience in Quality Management or related
areas or a completed PhD
– Ideally experience with quality methods (e.g. FMEA, 8D, 6 Sigma)
– Experience with reliability tests
– An affinity for data analysis as well as digitalization
– Fluent English skills and at least good German skills
