The key role of this position is the specification and development of wafer test
solutions for discrete power products (Transistors, IGBTs, Diodes, SiCMOS & GaN). Part
of this function is also the understanding of product test cost implication for existing
and future products within the Infineon product and manufacturing test landscape.

In your new role you will:
– Define test concepts and perform test simulation to ensure robustness of test
solution
– Design test hardware for automated test equipment (ATE)
– Code/debug test programs
– Analyse statistical test data
– Implement innovative methods to reduce test costs and to improve quality in
wafer test operation environment
